Client

AtlasVR offers its award-winning virtual reality training solution to clients such as Swisscom, RhySearch, and Suissetec, among others. Established in 2021, the company has a robust growth forecast for the coming year.

Challenge

Before working with SamuylovAI, AtlasVR had already developed the origins of their visual identity, which included a graphical logo and a few corporate colours. However, the team felt their brand and website needed to align with their business growth and development. So they approached our team to help revitalise their visual identity and website to further establish credibility and attract new prospect clients through digital channels. AtlasVR had a clear deadline: we had to deliver final results within only 6 weeks as a part of preparation for the final stage of Venture Kick.

Our approach

Considering the tight timeline, we followed an iterative approach with daily sync calls to stay aligned and focused. Our primary goal was to understand the strategy for the AtlasVR business growth and analyse the target audience, their vision and preferences. Working closely with Anastasia Vorontsova, the marketing manager at AtlasVR, we defined the brand strategy, content strategy, tone of voice, and expectations about visuals and the website. After we defined all required inputs, we proceeded with the implementation.

Days took us to get from the first meeting with AtlasVR team to the launch of the new digital experience

"The level of design that the SamuylovAI team offers is truly top-notch. Moreover, communication and professionalism were excellent from the beginning – it was clear that we were working with experienced professionals. Regular communication avoided any potential misunderstandings and allowed for a smooth flow of the process."

New features inspired by product expertise

The challenge was communicating the values of the solution to the customers in the most straightforward and approachable way. We imagined and visualised how the company could use step-by-step guides and achievements for better clarity and engagement in their product experience.

The founders accepted this approach with significant enthusiasm, and this visual representation inspired the product's new features.

"Thanks to our collaboration with SamuylovAI, we were able to create a website that truly conveys the values and importance of AtlasVR on a professional level. Our joint work allowed us to tackle the analysis of our brand’s positioning and visual representation while making sure the messaging on web pages was clear and concise. We have already started to receive positive feedback from our partners and clients!"

"We have chosen SamuylovAI services over an agency offering a standard templated website, and we never regret our decision. Very quickly, they grasped our vision of the product and target audience and helped us improve our positioning and value proposition. This collaboration helped us come up with new data-driven product features – a side benefit that we could not even imagine as an outcome of a project aimed at updating our website and visual identity."

Results

During the 6 weeks allocated to the project, we were ready with implementing a new visual language of AtlasVR: an updated logo, a new colour palette, and a multi-page website localised to 2 languages. The results of our work lay a strong foundation for the growth of the AtlasVR brand and the development of impactful products. Despite a tight timeline, we achieved all project goals, came up with new ideas, and strengthened our partnerships with AtlasVR.

“I was impressed by the capabilities of the algorithm and the potential value it could bring to the scientific community. As soon as I saw the algorithm in action, I said to myself: wow, what if we made a design that could be accessible to every researcher, regardless of their computer science skills. Since then, my №1 goal has been to deliever the easiest, most intuitive bioimaging tool to the market.”
