On 22 January, Anton Elovikov and Denis Samuylov finally met in person after six months of remote work… this time in Belgrade! It was a perfect opportunity to reflect on our achievements at SamuylovAI and plan next steps. Now, we're excited to share our thoughts and plans with you. 😎
For the past two years, we've been building together, hand in hand, an agency to help other teams create amazing products. From a Swiss startup developing innovative solutions facilitating travelling to a German research institution studying cancer biomechanics, we've been fortunate to work on some truly groundbreaking projects.
As time passes, we become more and more convinced that the only viable approach to develop successful products is driven by two ingredients:
👉 by data and analytics that help understand how users interact with products,
👉 by empathy that helps create designs that are intuitive and easy-to-use even for inexperienced users.
We also realise that developing successful products requires a team that shares the same values and “chemistry” enabling effective and joyful partnership. That's why in 2023, we're not just focusing on attracting new clients, but also on building a community of like-minded people to exchange stories, experience, ideas… and potentially even starting new collaborations.
And trust us, we've got some interesting stories to share! We're building a self-funded company in Switzerland to achieve our dreams of making a global impact while following our principles and values. It's not about just enjoying wine and cheese at fancy ski resorts in the Alps. It's about finding compromises, constantly learning new things, rethinking what we know, understanding different cultures, negotiating and working until late while having many cups of coffee and tea.
It isn’t easy, but it's interesting. It's priceless for us to see in the eyes of our clients the joy when they see the results of our work. And we love it, and we love what we do!
