Finally, our updated website has been released! 🎉 In this article, we share the story behind the release and how we've incorporated the best brand positioning practices of 2023 into the new version of our website.

Why did we decide to update our website?

First of all, let us formulate the main drivers for the update.

We treat every one of our projects with the utmost care, but our website holds a special place for us. It's our chance to reflect on what we've achieved, find areas to improve, and think of new ways to highlight our skills.

Reflection is good, but as a data-driven company, we would like to have a clear measurable goal: with the new website update we would like to (1) increase retention of the website visitors and (2) increase conversion of the visitors to potential leads, ultimately clients.

To achieve this goal we formulated 3 objectives:

  1. Refine value proposition

We constantly learn from our clients what their pain points are and how we could adjust our services to address them. Our first objective was to ensure that we clearly define our target audience and the range of services that we offer.

  1. Review expertise and credibility

Every project brings us new expertise and skills. It is hard to keep the list up to date, especially with the emerging GenAI and the fast-evolving technology landscape. That is why our second objective was to introduce a new structure for service pages to make it easier and quicker to update the list of offerings.

  1. Adopt the latest best practices in design

We are driven not only by data, but also by making data intuitive for users. This places design at the core of our thinking. On client projects we have already seen how powerful GenAI is to build brands, so our third objective was to apply what we have learnt to improve visuals for our website to make it more attractive and in line with design trends of 2023.

What changes did we make?

Home Page

We fully reworked our value proposition in the header block and opening sections. We've detailed our services, target audience, and areas of expertise. With this change, the visitors of our website have less scroll time to understand our target audience and what the company offers. It should provide enough context for interested users and motivate them to move on to other pages where we provide more detailed information.

Services Pages

In the previous version of the website we had only 2 service pages: the first page was data and technology services, and second – about product and design. While for us the separation was clear, the visitors of our website had a different feeling. We often received feedback that it was hard to follow the connection between two services.

We decided to emphasise the strategic focus and repackage the services that we offer. We ended up with 5 packages:

  • Data Strategy: where we address questions related to building all required infrastructure for business intelligence and data-driven product development;
  • Experience Design and Strategy: where we help better understand customers and develop user interfaces to ensure the customers always come back;
  • Business Intelligence: where we formulate strategies and design processes to ensure that decisions are informed by data;
  • Product Lifecycle Management: where we focus on optimising processes and reducing costs related to product development;
  • Training and Team Development: where we offer workshops to share our experience and transfer our expertise.

For each service, we implemented a dedicated page with a templated structure. As a result, we can easily modify and update the content if we come up with new ideas on how to formulate our offering.

About Page

Denis and Anton are at the core team of SamuylovAI. We realised that in the previous version we did not provide enough information about their unique background, experience, as well as connection with other partner consultants. We fixed it in the new version, and expect that it adds clarity and increase credibility.

Did we achieve our goal?

Time will tell how much the changes affect the retention and conversion of website visitors. We are in the process of measuring and analysing the traffic, and making sure that we use data to inform our decision about what we should improve next.

In the meantime, if you are looking for possibilities to use data for informing your decisions and developing products, let us know. Schedule a call with Denis to discuss our services on data strategy, design strategy, business intelligence, product development and training.

Even before COVID hit humanity in 2020, healthcare was already under a lot of strain. Expanding global populations have put pressure on infrastructure and evolution hasn’t been as fast or as effective as many had hoped. When you add in the problems caused by a global pandemic, it’s a grim picture, especially for those without the resources to pay for innovative treatments and the best care. But it doesn’t have to be.
